Over the past 25 years I have worked in startups, non-profits and for profits. I have been a contributor, manager and leader; a consultant and coach. I have an MBA, M. Div., and multiple certifications. I am also the author of the book “Manage Your Gaps: Reclaiming the Awesomeness of Management”.
